how to be more confident!

How do you practice confidence? Here are 10 ways to get you started:
1. Separate yourself from the people who bring you down
2. Write down all the awesome things about yourself
3. Whenever you feel low confidence read those things to yourself over and over and over and over again to remind yourself how much of an awesome person you are.
4. Visualize how you want every situation in your life to go and act as if its already written in stone that it will go that way. Nothing inspires more confidence than a sure thing.
5. Practice practice practice. Tell yourself the great wonderful things about yourself 300 times a day if you have to.
6. Realize that peoples negative opinions of you are not your truth about yourself. you create your own truth about yourself.
7. Watch a motivational video on youtube every morning to get inspired. it’s better than a cup of coffee, with less caffeine
8. Inspire and give confidence to others always.
9. Don’t focus on peoples negative traits, focus on their positive attributes and let them know.
10. Believe in yourself and surround yourself with people who also believe in you.
